Special Delivery is a Noggin app feature that provides an exciting personalized learning journey for each child. Every day when your child visits the app, they will receive a Special Delivery box packed with personalized learning games, videos, and/or activities delivered by a special guide – a favorite Nick Jr. character. When your child visits Noggin, they will now first see their Special Delivery. But the Noggin they know and love is still there! Just tap the “Explore” button on the upper left corner or the up arrow in the bottom right corner of their screen to access all of our other content.

Special Delivery amplifies your child’s personalized learning experience! It provides a guided experience for kids and their caregivers by focusing on certain skills or subjects based on their developmental journey. We ensure kids receive their Special Delivery boxes in a certain order – so that they are learning skills in a specific way planned out by our educational and child development experts.

Every day! The first time your child visits Noggin each day, a favorite Nick Jr. character guide will greet them and deliver a new Special Delivery in a fun way.

If you are using an iOS device, please make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of the Noggin mobile app. 

After you’ve logged in to your Noggin account, your child just needs to visit Noggin and open their profile! They will be greeted by a special Nick Jr. character who will help guide them through this experience. 

Each Special Delivery includes one to three pieces of content, including learning games, videos, and/or interactive activities. Each box will be focused on one of our five learning areas: Early Math, Early Reading, Social & Emotional, Arts & Sciences, and Healthy Habits. Learn more.

Two ways! They can tap the Up Arrow button on the lower right of their screen that will pull up weekly features, as well as content organized by our 5 learning areas. Or they can tap the “Explore” button on the upper left corner of their screen, which will lead to the Library where your child can access all of our content, including new weekly releases, their most recently watched and played videos and games, personalized picks based on their interests. They can also navigate content with our Watch, Play, and Read hubs. 

From Special Delivery, tap the “Explore” button on the upper left corner of their screen. From there, you can select the Watch button to find the full list of shows available in Noggin. On the Watch screen you can scroll through the shows in a list or use the See All option to see all of the classic and popular Nick Jr. shows as well as our original content.

Yes! From Special Delivery, tap the “Explore” button on the upper left corner of their screen to access all of our content, including the “Continue Learning” row that contains recently watched and played videos and games.

Our education and child development experts carefully plan out and handpick content for each Special Delivery. We ensure kids receive their Special Delivery boxes in a certain order – so that they are learning skills in a specific way. After all, early learners discover letter sounds before they sound out words – and they recognize numbers before mastering early addition and subtraction! Plus, the content we pick for each Special Delivery box are favorites from our families. 

After tapping on the “Explore” button, your child can use the “Continue Learning” row to access the content they most recently played and/or watched, including content from their most recent Special Delivery boxes! 

No, all of our Special Delivery content can be accessed at any time through our Library. 

If your child has watched a video or played a game from their Special Delivery box, that piece of content will show up as having already been completed. But they are welcome to rewatch it or play it again! 

Yes, so that we may deliver the full extent of this fun experience!  

Tap the “Explore” button on the top left corner! That’s where they can access our entire Library of content, including new weekly releases, their most recently watched and played videos and games, and personalized picks based on their interests.

Yes, they will receive a fresh new delivery the next day. But your child can access the content they most recently played and/or watched, including content from their most recent Special Delivery boxes.

Yes! Each child will get their own Special Delivery and it will be available on all devices that the profile is logged on to.

Yes, just tap the Back Arrow button on the top left corner of the screen.

No, we personalize each Special Delivery with every child’s learning journey in mind. So your child receives their next Special Delivery box whether they visit again the next day or a week later!
