Yoga Friends 7-Day Challenge

Build healthy habits and carve out some family time with our week-long yoga challenge. Practice new poses, focus on breathing, and stretch your body and mind as you strengthen your yoga skills. Because a new pose a day is the Yoga Friends way!

Dance Squad with Ailey

Ailey dance instructor, Keith, is in the Dance Squad studio with DJ Rubble and Boogie (our favorite dancing dino)! Little movers learn hip hop, ballet, jazz, and other dance routines while exercising gross motor skills, practicing memory and self-control, and expressing emotions through movement.
